enterprises to build robust regulatory frameworks, enhance governance, manage risks, and formulate decisions based on solid legal and strategic foundations, thereby increasing performance efficiency, protecting interests, and enhancing the sustainability of institutions in changing regulatory environments.      <\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This approach is based on the conviction that rational decision-making precedes action, that risk management begins before risks emerge, and that governance is not a set of controls, but rather a framework
